The wholesomeness of our ice cream is renowned throughout the valley and is also due to the artisanal method with which it is made, stemming from a long and consolidated tradition.
UP TO 18 FLAVOURS
Everyone has their own taste: it wouldn’t be difficult to satisfy each one with our wide range of ice cream flavours that, in summer, reaches up to 18 different ones and varies taking into account the seasonality of raw materials.
An example? Chestnut ice cream or the special wild herbs flavour, where you can taste 11 different types of herbs.
